Dear patients we are happy to announce that we are now back in the office and open for appointments. We have new protocols that we are following for staff and patients. Before visiting the office please take your temperature at home and don’t leave your home if you have a temperature above 100.4 F or 38.0C. Patients can have one driver or guardian with them for their appointment. Anyone visiting the office must wear a mask. When anyone enters the office we ask that you wash your hands.
